Advanced slitting process. High-efficiency hydraulic driving for expandable mandrels on decoiler and rewinder, tensioner, clamping, coil loading, and unloading. Adjustable tensioner enables very precise rewinding.
Up-to-date PLC is adopted for the production line to increase its stability and reliability. Logic control of the whole line has been accomplished.
Variable shearing speed. Decoiler, slitter, and rewinder are in synchronized speed through a speed-adjustable motor driving system.
Loop pits baffles are designed to increase the convenience of operation. All the functions and parameters have reached world’s advanced level.
